  • What methods of payment does Moelimo Limousines, Inc. accept?

    All payment methods are accepted. 

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are at our office location Monday through Friday, 9-6pm.  Our phones lines are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, serving clients any time, day or night. If you have an emergency, please call our office or send us an email. We will try to resolve any problems as quickly as we can. 

  • Do we require a deposit when booking?

    Yes!  We do require a non-refundable deposit. A credit card authorization form will be sent to you to complete at the time of reservation. All specialty cars require a 50% deposit. To all our new clients you may also make card / deposits directly with our office when you make your reservation. If you wish to pay your balance in person, you will need to be prepared to handle this with your chauffeur upon his/her arrival at the FIRST pickup location.

  • Do you offer transfers, i.e., “drop-off and pickup” service for special events?

    In most cases, minimum hourly rental terms will apply.  There are many advantages to this structure, especially for special events and occasions. You have the same vehicle and chauffeur guaranteed for your entire service. You can leave your belongings in the vehicle. You have unlimited stops, the vehicle and chauffeur are available to you as directed. It is generally more relaxing to know that you have the vehicle at your disposal for the specified rental period.

  • What if I only need the vehicle to pick us up and drop us off? Can you offer this type of service?

    Yes, there may be instances and occasions where a transfer service is possible with the exception of peak demand dates and events. A transfer is a direct, one-way pick up and drop, at a set time. Extra stops and additional hours are not calculated in the pricing and would be added to the charges. It is best to review all details at the time of reservation to determine what type of service will best suit your needs.

  • Do I get a confirmation number and when?

    ‍As soon as your reservation is complete, you will receive an email confirmation number.

  • What amenities are your vehicles stocked with?

    All stretched limousines & limo party buses are stocked with bottled water and ice in the built-in coolers, glassware and napkins. Customers are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages. 

  • Clean up?

    A cleanup fee is assessed if upon completion of your booking we deem the vehicle excessively dirty (i.e. spills, stains, sick etc.) that require additional time and costs for cleanup. This also includes vomit/sickness in the limousine that is NOT in a waste bag or container. The minimal fee is $300.00 - Any smoking in the vehicles carries an automatic $1000 fee.

  • What is the method of payment that Limousines, Inc. accepts?

    We accept (All major credit cards, EFT and Direct Deposit) for initial deposits and final payments. Should you choose to use a credit card for your final payment, the balance will be charged after your booking. You may also make direct deposits directly with our office when you make your reservation. If you wish to pay your balance in person, you will need to be prepared to handle this with your chauffeur upon his/her arrival at the FIRST pickup location.



  • How do I make a reservation?

    Reservations can be made with us from a variety of options. We accept reservations via phone, email or on our online booking form found on our website. 

  • I am traveling with an infant. Are there car seats available?

    Customers are encouraged to provide their own car seats or booster seats . Moelimo can also provide you with an infant seats upon request, at the client’s own risk. Our seats are disinfected and wrapped in plastic covers to ensure cleanliness.

  • Do you offer shuttle buses?

    Yes we do! The shuttle buses we commonly carry in our fleet are 24 passenger capacity. We have several in our fleet, to serve your needs. Contact our office for pricing and availability.

  • Can I request a particular driver?

    Yes! We love when we have repeat clients that really hit it off with their chauffeur and wish to request them for their next service. By all means, ask our office staff who your last chauffeur was if you cannot remember his/her name.

  • What number should I call when I am ready for my airport curb side pick up?

    We will send you a text 1 hour prior to your pick-up time with driver information. Driver will also text you directly. For any questions, please call our office number (416) 499-3999, or You can also communicate with your driver directly.



  • Do you check the status of my flight?

    ‍Yes. Moelimo will constantly check your flight for actual arrival time. As long as your flight number doesn’t change, we will know about your flight delays. It may be a good idea to let our office know about your flight delays, but it’s not necessary.

  • Can I cancel my order and when?

    Sedans and SUVs: Cancellations for sedans and SUVs must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Any cancellations made within 6 hours of the service time will be subject to a cancellation fee at full charge.


    Wheelchair-accessible Vehicles: Cancellations for wheelchair-accessible vehicles must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time will be subject to a cancellation 50% charge fee.


    Vans, Buses, and Stretched Limousines: Cancellations for vans, buses, and stretched limousines must be made at least 2 weeks before the scheduled service date. Any cancellations made within 2 weeks of the service time will be subject to a cancellation fee at full charge.


    Reservations within the Cancellation Period: Any reservations made before the cancellation period will be considered final and subject to cancellation fees if canceled within one hour of reserving.


    Please note that we will send you an email confirmation of any cancellation. It is essential to retain this email as proof of cancellation. 


    In case you do not receive the cancellation confirmation via email, please call our office at (416) 499-3999 to ensure that the cancellation is confirmed.


    Additionally, for Coach Buses, we require cancellations to be made 2 weeks before the reservation date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation will incur a charge of 3 hour charge+ plus HST.


    We want to remind you that Moelimo Limousine Livery Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by inclement weather conditions or mechanical issues due to weather.


    For Airport Arrivals & Departure Transfers, we kindly request that cancellations be made no less than 6 hours prior to the pickup time. If you have booked a roundtrip order, please remember to cancel each leg of the journey separately.


    In case there is any issue with your airport pickup and you cannot find our car, please call our office at (416) 499-3999 before arranging alternative transportation. Failure to contact our office before making alternative arrangements may result in the full amount being charged for the trip.
